The power of walking side by side in nature can help create new neural networks and through movement, boost feel-good hormones and expression. During our Walk and Talk sessions we can not only discuss any struggles or challenges you face but also support you in achieving your goals.

Some common topics I can explore with you include:

  • Develop effective communication skills and boundary setting

  • Build Emotion regulation skills

  • Address personal and career growth

  • Explore potential obstacles in pursuing your passions.

  • Fresh air, sunshine and walking side by side can have a profound effect on nervous system regulation and wellbeing.

  • Human connection also has transformative power in all aspects of our lives. 

  • And walking in a new environment can bring out new inner sights and inner discoveries.

I am offering this service in Coastal areas of the Gold Coast locations and can join you at your favourite walking spot.

My primary focus as a qualified Naturopath, Nutritionist, and Psychotherapist is to empower, inform, and reconnect you with your full potential to be your most vital self. Free from addictive patterns of behaviors. I combine a holistic approach of traditional and evidence-based medicine, functional testing, and advanced tools to address the root cause of illness allowing you to improve your health and well-being on every level.
